Fees, Deposits, and Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
All fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Deposits & Payment Requirements
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments (online or in-practice).
The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment.
For more complex or extended treatments, we may request up to 75% or full payment in advance, depending on the nature of care.
Cancellation Policy
More than 72 hours notice:
No charge will be applied.
Less than 72 hours notice:
A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Failure to attend (no notice):
A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Rebooking Policy
Patients who miss or late-cancel an appointment will be required to pay a 100% deposit to secure future bookings.
