At Intellidental, we take a prevention-led approach, helping patients keep their teeth, gums, and mouth healthy through regular assessment and early intervention. We recommend attending routine dental examinations at intervals advised by your clinician. During your appointment, your clinician will:
• Assess the health of your teeth and existing dental restorations
• Examine your gums and supporting tissues
• Carry out an oral cancer screening
• Review any changes to your medical history
• Identify any developing dental concerns
• Discuss any symptoms or concerns you may have
If additional investigations are required, such as dental radiographs (X-rays), clinical photographs, or digital scans, your clinician will explain why they are recommended and how they may assist in your care.

What To Know When Booking A Routine Dental Examination
Appointment Time Required : 15 minutes
Treatment Price – £80
Additional Fees (where clinically required)
• Small Dental Radiograph (X-ray) – £15 per image
• Large Extra-Oral Radiographs (OPG) - £50 per image
All additional investigations will be discussed with you before proceeding..
Fees, Deposits, and Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
All fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Deposits & Payment Requirements
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments (online or in-practice).
The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment.
For more complex or extended treatments, we may request up to 75% or full payment in advance, depending on the nature of care.
Cancellation Policy
More than 72 hours notice:
No charge will be applied.
Less than 72 hours notice:
A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Failure to attend (no notice):
A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Rebooking Policy
Patients who miss or late-cancel an appointment will be required to pay a 100% deposit to secure future bookings.
